Individual Therapy
For California residents
As a therapist, I bring a depth-oriented perspective: we look not only at the decisions in front of you, but also at how your personal history, family story, and generational patterns shape the way you relate to risk. Together, we make space for the grief, fear, and hope that often coexist in this process.
As a trauma informed therapist, I view anxiety, depression, addiction and phobias as expressions of unresolved grief and trauma. I have spent my career studying the way that our bodies, brains and psyches get caught in patterns of responding to the world, and how we can support ourselves to get unstuck. Through somatically oriented psychotherapy and neurofeedback, I work collaboratively with my clients, with a deep trust for each person's innate ability to heal.
As a Master Therapist in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and certified in InfraSlow Neurofeedback, I integrate interpersonal neurobiology, developmental trauma, and attachment theory in my work. These frameworks help us understand how your brain and nervous system respond to uncertainty, and how healing happens in safe, attuned relationships. Together, we bring caring curiosity to the information held in the body as well as the mind and emotions—through a somatic lens, I’ll help you notice and relate to your body so you don’t have to carry it alone.
At its core, my work is relational. Facing hereditary cancer risk can feel isolating, but you don’t have to do it in silence. Our sessions are a space where your story is held, your choices are honored, and your whole self is invited in.
