Focused care for pivotal seasons of life.
I work with a small number of clients navigating hereditary cancer risk, medical trauma, and identity-altering health experiences. My practice is intentionally designed for depth, continuity, and precision—not volume.
This is therapy for people who are accustomed to high responsibility and excellence, and who are now facing a moment that asks for real support.
Individual Psychotherapy
$325 · 60-minute session
I maintain a limited caseload so I can offer steady, high-attunement care during complex medical and emotional transitions.
Most clients work with me weekly, particularly during periods of diagnosis, treatment, or recovery.
Neurofeedback (Sonoma County)
$250 · 50-minute session
In-person only
Neurofeedback is available for clients seeking a non-verbal, nervous-system-focused approach to regulation and recovery. It can be pursued on its own or alongside psychotherapy.
Who this work is for:
You are navigating hereditary cancer risk, diagnosis, treatment, or recovery
You’re in a before-and-after moment where waiting no longer feels possible
You value depth, continuity, and specialized care
You are resourced and able to prioritize consistent support
Who this work is not for:
You are seeking drop-in or occasional therapy
You want primarily skills-based or short-term coaching
You’re unsure you can commit to ongoing care at this time
A NOTE FOR THOSE IN RECOVERY
Many people reach out after treatment or surgery, when external support fades but the body and identity are still recalibrating.
This practice welcomes those learning how to live in a body that has changed—physically, emotionally, or relationally—and those renegotiating who they are in its aftermath.
Next steps
If this work resonates, the first step is a consultation to explore fit, timing, and goals.
This is not open-ended therapy.
It is support for people in a before-and-after season of life—when how you
move through this moment will matter long after the medical chapter closes.
Because this work often takes place during pivotal life moments, I prioritize continuity and consistency. My practice is best suited for clients who are ready to make both the emotional and financial commitment to their care.
If you’re unsure whether this level of support is the right fit, a consultation can help clarify next steps.
