Fees and format
Individual Psychotherapy
$325 · 60-minute session
Most clients meet weekly, especially during periods of diagnosis, treatment, or recovery. I keep a limited caseload so I can offer consistent, high-attunement care.
Neurofeedback (Sonoma County, in-person)
$250 · 50-minute session
Neurofeedback is available for clients seeking a non-verbal, nervous-system-based approach to regulation. It may be offered on its own or alongside therapy.
How to begin:
If you are interested in working together, the next step is a consultation.
The consultation is a chance to:
briefly understand what’s bringing you in now
assess fit, timing, and level of support needed
ask questions and get a felt sense of working together
Most people know pretty quickly whether this feels right.
This work is a good fit if:
you’re navigating genetic risk, cancer, or post-treatment recovery
something recent has shifted your sense of safety, identity, or control
you’re looking for depth-oriented, trauma-informed care
you’re able to prioritize consistent therapy at this time
This may not be a fit if:
you’re looking for occasional or drop-in sessions
the fee would create ongoing financial strain
you’re seeking strictly skills-based or short-term coaching
A NOTE FOR PEOPLE AFTER TREATMENT OR SURGERY
Many clients reach out once the medical chapter is technically “over”—but their body, confidence, or sense of self hasn’t caught up.
If you no longer recognize yourself in the mirror, in intimacy, or in your capacity to feel at ease, therapy can be a place to orient to who you are now—not who you were before.

If this resonates, you don’t need to wait.
